P. Sean Morris is a Research Fellow at the Faculty of Law University of Helsinki. He is a former Associate Research Fellow at the Erik Castren Institute of International Law and Humana Rights (2014). His interests include Public International Law, International Economic Law (intellectual property rights; antitrust trade regulation; dispute settlement; international investment; World Trade Organization Law).He has specific interest in the public international law as it relates to arms control; cyber-warfare; treaty law dispute settlement and historical approaches to public international law. Mr. Morris is a former research fellow in intellectual property law at the University of Helsinki and served as a visiting scholar at the University of Bayreuth (2012) and Fordham University, School of Law (2013). At Fordham, he was the Chair of the VSR Section on International Law and Convenor. Mr. Morris is a graduate in International Law (Jurisprudence) at the Faculty of Law, Russian Peoples Friendship University (1998 – 2003) and his research and teaching interests lie in Public International Law/International Economic Law.
